RECENT COMMUNICATIONS - October 2004

Got a text Message from my son Conor on 16 Oct.
He's 22 and not renowned for his celibacy so I had to take it seriously when I read:

"If I tell you this ur
not tell anyone,
ur one of the first
i've told so far cos i
trust u but guess
who's due in less
than 3 months ! .
..

My heart sank as I thought of the additional responsibilities to be faced by him and one particular girl he had been seeing - and I then scrolled past an empty page to read .....

SANTA!

I texted back immediately:

BASTARD!

On October 12th I received the following email from friend Patrick McKenney in Belgium:

I'll get in trouble for this one, but what the heck:

Japanese scientists have created a camera with such a fast shutter speed,  they now can photograph a woman with her mouth shut....

Patrick will need that camera if Alison ever reads this!
